You can pay in full at the time of booking. If you decide to pay in instalments a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the full amount per person is required to secure your booking.
Until we have received your payment or the deposit we cannot confirm your booking. Your booking is not secured until you have received written confirmation from us confirming receipt of payment.
If you pay a deposit, the balance, must be paid at the time of booking. The balance can only be split into two payments – the deposit and then the remainder of the balance. You are required to pay promptly. Vinyasa Yoga Malta reserves the right to cancel your booking if payment has not been received in full 15 days prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable.
You can pay in GB Pounds, Euros, US dollars & Australian dollars. Other currencies may also be accepted. You can pay Pyapal, bank transfer or debit/credit card. Credit card payments are charged an additional 2% fee. Our preferred method of payment is paypal or bank transfer or cash.
Refunds & Cancellation policy
If you decide to cancel your booking with Vinyasa Yoga Malta the following refund policy applies:
The deposit is non refundable.
Vinyasa Yoga Malta do not offer refunds, however at our discretion we may put the balance paid towards another retreat package, consultation or service provided by Vinyasa Yoga Malta.
Whilst it is highly unlikely that we would have to cancel a class or event, in the event we do, if caused by any fault of Vinyasa Yoga Malta, we will – inform you as soon as possible and any payment made will transferred to another retreat package at a later date or be transferred as credit towards another Vinyasa Yoga Malta service. We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to any reason outside of our control. Vinyasa Yoga Malta is not responsible for any consequential expenses or damages incurred as a result of any cancellation, including, but not limited to costs spent in preparation, no-refundable or penalty-carrying airline tickets, special clothing, visa and passport fees, lost income, pre-retreat functional and genetic testing and any other related losses or expenses.
