Yin Yoga is like a moving meditation consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses to access the deeper tissues where we hold poses for longer period of time, letting the body to access the deeper tissues such as the connective tissue and fascia. Yin Yoga is suitable for beginners who have never done any yoga before and for people with injuries, stiffness, back pains as it is very easy to follow. If you suffer from insomnia, migraines, stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, stiffness or low energy then Yin Yoga could be a healing practice for you. Give it a try and join Balazs Heller’s weekly 60-minute Yin Yoga classes on Thursdays at 6.30 pm to set yourself up for a peaceful weekend.

As it is limited to 6 people we accept only pre-bookings by sms or on WhatsApp. No previous yoga experience is required.
